Job Description

  • Motivates, directs and coaches RNs and RPNs to ensure high quality of care consistently meets defined organizational standards
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure the implementation and sustainability of exemplary operational practices
  • Collaborate to address quality, safety and risk management issues, including the development of improvement plans 
  • Collect and assess key performance indicators for the programs and initiate quality improvement/process changes as required
  • Lead program development and design of clinical workflows that support new models of care delivery for the target populations, in collaboration with the operations leadership team and system partners
  • Prepares monthly schedule for nursing field staff, understanding available resources for program/service and keeps quality in the forefront of all resource utilization decisions
  • Leads or assists with the integration of client satisfaction initiatives; ensure that all referred client concerns and complaints are satisfactorily addressed and documented in a timely manner
  • Develop educational initiatives and support the ongoing development of our nursing teams
  • Supportive of developing best practice Champions within the nursing team
Qualifications

  • Current CNO registration in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN), degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities in a supervisory role, preferably in a community setting
  • Experience managing in a unionized environment
  • Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients as well as program development, implementation and evaluation
  • Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle

About the role.

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the Herd. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Marketing Program Manager manages various marketing initiatives such as acquisition campaigns, account-based marketing, registry promotions, and go-to-market programs. The role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to analyze market trends, business data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities that drive new business and upsell/cross sell opportunities from within our customer base.

This is a hands-on role that involves developing strategies, doing market research, producing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance and ensuring alignment with our OKRs. In order to be successful, the marketing program manager possesses a combination of strategic, creative, and analytical skills in order to design and execute successful marketing programs. Proficiency in our corporate tools and systems is necessary for planning, executing, and measuring their programs. This includes HubSpot, Asana, Google Analytics and Google productivity suite.

This is a completely remote opportunity within the Greater Toronto Area with the expectation of attending onsite meetings, functions, and/or events upon request.

What you'll be doing.

This role involves collaborating with marketing team members and peers across the business, including sales, product management, business owners, and partners. While not an exhaustive list, you will be responsible for

  • Driving new business through data-driven strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Producing customer nurture programs that generate upsell and cross sell opportunities within our customer base
  • Managing the research, planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and drive desired business outcomes
  • Producing reports and tracking performance against goals and budget
  • Liaising with product teams on go-to-market strategies and execution
  • Managing promotional set-up, reseller sign-up, analytics, and reporting for MDF programs with registry partners
  • Orchestrating program timing to ensure effective execution and avoiding campaign fatigue with contacts.
  • Generating reports and analysis of program effectiveness and delivering regular updates to key stakeholders

Education and experience.

  • Minimum of 7 years of program management, or related function like growth marketing, in either an agency or B2B technology company
  • Minimum 5 years of acquisition planning and go-to-market experience
  • Excellent analytical skills that drive insights and performance marketing
  • Familiarity with agile marketing and running in two-week sprints
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for creating program calendars
  • Experience with HubSpot, including content management and marketing automation, would be an asset
  • Ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $87,100 - $92,000 CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications. Essential Job Functions:

  • Mentor and provide oversight to other Program Management staff to aid in the development and advancement of their essential job function performance;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean tools at all levels to help reduce waste and drive efficiencies across the organization;
  • Project initiation, ensure Project System setup in JDE for project planning, compile project summary required for operations kick off meeting;
  • Generate initial project charter outlining bid budget and initial statement of work;
  • Generate Master Project Schedule in MS Project, highlighting the Scope, SDRLs and reporting plan, risks and mitigation plan, cash-flow plan and high-level milestones;
  • Lead regular project team meetings to review major issues, interface items, schedule, tasks;
  • Provide monthly update summary to senior management including, Project Summary Report and narrative highlighting deviation in budget, changes in ETC updates including variance from previous month, deviation to schedule and milestone payments, deviation from cash flow profile and customer satisfaction/concerns ;
  • Provide monthly (or as contractually required) report to contracts department to support customer reporting requirements;
  • Attend and present project status at monthly senior management meeting as required;
  • Direct the project related activities of the lead engineer, planner, coordinator and expeditor;
  • Compile and generate corporate closeout reports;
  • Transfer program to customer support;
  • Ensure that maintenance, modification and manufacturing are conducted in accordance with Maintenance Manufacturing Policy Manual and Quality Assurance Procedures;
  • Ensure Quality Standards are achieved and maintained in order to meet airworthiness regulations;
    Ensures internal labor estimates and vendor quotes meet company profitability goals and objectives;
  • Manages program resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; recognizes and effectively leverages employee’s skills and abilities to meet program goals and objectives;
  • Manages program subcontractor and vendor activities to ensure project cost, schedule and quality objectives are met.
