WHAT YOU'LL DO- Deliver exceptional customer experiences using our GUIDE program to help guests find the right gear, feel at home in nature, and connect with our sustainability mission
- Drive sales and conversions by asking great questions, sharing your product knowledge, and helping guests make confident purchase decisions
- Support day-to-day operations like restocking, cash handling, and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting
- Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, welcoming work environment that reflects Fjällräven's values
- Participate in local events and community activations that strengthen brand presence and guest loyalty
- Stay curious and informed: participate in training, learn about new arrivals, and keep up with our sustainability initiatives like the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise
You don't need to summit Everest, but you do need to love helping others explore, learn, and feel good about their choices. You're reliable, curious, and comfortable in a retail setting. You bring a team-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the outdoors.
