Duties & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Stock and display merchandise
- Track and maintain store and freezer inventory
- Regularly sanitize the work areas
- Process payments
- Develop product knowledge and stay current with promotional events and sales
- Assist with picking and shipping wholesale customer orders
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills (enthusiastic, friendly, energetic & mature)
- Availability to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills

- Reliable transportation and attendance dependability

CSRs are primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making great Domino’s Pizza products and maintaining cleanliness of the store. CSR’s at Domino’s work in a team environment making it important for them to be positive and productive team players. Other responsibilities may include being a shift leader.
