Little Caesars in Simcoe is looking for casual Crew Members (20-30 hours weekly) to join our team! The ideal candidate is dependable with the ability to multi-task while working alongside colleagues to achieve a positive, quick service experience for our guests.
Although no experience is necessary (we will provide all training) any previous experience in a front-facing customer service role will be considered an asset.
In this role you will work a combination of opening, evening, and closing shifts and be available to work weekdays and weekends. Primary responsibilities include:
* Accurately taking guest orders & inquiries while providing exceptional customer service
* Handling cash and credit transactions
* Prep, cook and assemble guest orders
* Be willing to be hands-on & multi-task between stations to ensure smooth operations
* Dough production, dishes & maintaining a clean, safe work environment

As a licensed millwright you are responsible for daily completion of production processes within a work area, operational department, operational support area, or technical domain. You need to ensure that areas of responsibilities meet BU/Plant standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance. Perform general maintenance work to install and maintain process equipment and structures, has a basic knowledge of and ability to complete welding, pipe fitting, pump work, machinery, heating and plumbing, etc. This work requires knowledge of various trade fundamentals sufficient to dealing with general repair work. Perform tasks by applying skills and knowledge of one or more products, processes, areas or machines. Have a thorough understanding of the process, work flow and works on assignments where judgment is required to resolve problems and make recommendations.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Operate motorized vehicles with components used to move or lift products, equipment, or materials within and amongst destinations (warehouses, storage yards, plant factories, railroad stations, offices, etc.)
- Comply with corporate policies and procedures related to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory (FSQR)

Required Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications
- Able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling, pounding with hammer and work in confined spaces.
- Able to operate machinery and heavy equipment
- Forklift certified
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in production related work
- Able to perform maintenance trades including electrical, machinist, welding, pipe fitting, and fabrication, rigging systems, gearbox and bearing, maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems.
- Previous experience with MRO (Maintenance Repair Ops) and/or MRP (Material Requirement Planning)
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety, food safety and environmental regulations with absolute commitment to safety.
- Strong problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Maintenance Reliability process (predictive and preventative maintenance) and Predictive Technologies.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Automation control, boiler and steam systems training and experience.
- Welding certification and/or other trade experience
- Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings

The Production Engineering department seeks a technician/designer with experience and a keen interest in one or all of the following; hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical components - to produce schematics, graphical layout diagrams and bill of material for heavily customizable transport trailers. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring schematics and layouts conform to regulations, trailer specifications and design rules.
Job Duties
- Create detailed air, electrical and hydraulic schematics for custom trailers using Creo/ Creo Schematic.
- Incorporate completed Schematics in the Creo/Pro-E models
- Update and revise current schematics through engineering change procedures
- Interact with production personnel on drawing and design related issues
- Interact with Purchasing department to source parts.
- Verify designs conform to regulations, customer specifications and design data.
- Interact with production dept. to ensure systems function in a safe and stable manner.
- Respond quickly to the shop floors needs in response to addressing issues that may surface during production.
Requirements
- College diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Bachelor of Engineering
- Training and/or experience with Creo, Creo Schematic, or other 2D and 3D CAD is required.
- Training and/or experience with AutoCAD, PLM and ERP software considered an asset
- At least 2 years experience in a related field
- Knowledge of, or experience with trailer design considered an asset
- Knowledge of DOT/SPIF regulation a definite asset
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
- Strong work ethic, superior organizational skills and positive team attitude.
- Detail oriented with a sense of urgency
- Mechanically inclined
