Responsibilities
Maintain excellence in store merchandising, detail and customer service
Conduct hiring, scheduling and training of the sales team
Develop employees through goal setting, coaching and formal performance appraisals
Implement all sales programs
Increase delivered sales, Closing Ratio and u201cReturn On Customeru201d
Achieve sales and margin targets while controlling expenses
Organize and plan promotions and marketing events
Lead daily team talks and sales meetings
Understand, implement, maintain and ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures
Community involvement
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education an asset
Minimum 2 years retail sales or customer service experience
1-2 years retail supervisory or management experience
Proven track record in customer service and sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly developed negotiating and closing skills
Ability to lead, develop and motivate a sales team
Excellent time management skills and work ethic
The ability to promote an extreme level of excellence and pride in store detail
Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends

The Duties and Responsibilities:
Game Facilitation
- Be professional in thought, language, and action
- Exemplify excellence in facilitation, giving customers a great experience

- Observe customers in the gaming area and provide an explanation, if necessary
- Participating with customers in games if needed to ensure customers have an excellent experience

Check-In Facilitation

Facility Maintenance

- Resetting and disinfecting wristbands
- Cleaning and disinfecting available lockers and lounge
- Notifying Team Leads immediately of game failures or malfunctions
- Touching up equipment; gluing props, and other unskilled tasks
The Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience is considered an asset
- Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Must be a people person - energetic, friendly and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowd of people
- Must be willing to work various shifts starting as early as 8 am and ending as late as 1 am (leaders will work within given availability)
