Dans le cadre de nos projets d'expansion au Canada, nous recherchons un Responsable Magasin expriment, nergique et passionn de mode. Ce poste relve directement du directeur de district et vous serez responsable de diriger l'quipe du magasin.

Le Responsable Magasin est responsable de la supervision de la russite financire du magasin, en garantissant des expriences client positives, en dmontrant une forte capacit atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et les objectifs mtriques, en stimulant la croissance rentable des ventes totales et en coachant les associs du magasin pour fournir systmatiquement aux clients une exprience d'achat exceptionnelle. - Effectively close contracts with qualified leads, guiding them through the final stages of the sales process, addressing objections, and ensuring smooth transitions to onboarding or implementation;
