About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Moodle LMS (course setup, roles, plugins, updates)
- Manage and support Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Classroom, etc.)
- Participate in Student Information System (SIS) operations and data integrity
- Provide timely remote technical support for staff and students
- Monitor platform security , manage access rights, and perform regular backups
- Collaborate with teams to improve technology integrations and workflows
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Qualifications
- Proven experience administering Moodle LMS
- Proficiency with Google Workspace management and provisioning
- Experience with Student Information Systems (preferred)
- Prior work in online education environments (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with Airtable ; experience with Fillout is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and stay curious

The Manufacturing Technology Drafter is responsible for interpreting customer drawings, and transcribing the information therein into JCA scale drawings, and other documentation needed to build efficiently on the production floor. Other duties include building the BOM (Bill of Material) and Labor estimates and assisting with managing the change of designs for our customers, as well as JCA designed products. **Your Impact**
+ Ensure the accurate and timely creation of scale drawings for use in layup boards to align with customer order dates and with production processes.

- In collaboration with BC leadership and other Technology Consulting leaders, develop annual budgets for sales, topline revenue, training, utilization and project performance for the Canada West Technology Consulting group.
