- Drive Adoption & Evangelization : Work across Product, Engineering, and Design to promote the design system’s value, ensure successful adoption, and identify high-leverage integration points across product teams.
- Monitor Success & Improve : Define and track adoption and effectiveness metrics; continuously iterate based on feedback and platform needs.
- Enable Through Documentation & Process : Develop and maintain resources that support internal users, ensuring that designers and developers can confidently use and contribute to the system.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to execute in complex, cross-functional environments
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies, component libraries, design tokens, and accessibility (AODA or similar)
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder priorities
- Excellent communication and influence skills; capable of aligning diverse internal teams and building momentum for change
- A systems thinker who thrives in internal-platform contexts and can anticipate the downstream impacts of decisions
- Passionate about high-quality UX and the processes that enable it
Compensation
Our base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 CAD .
