People Product Marketing Consultant $55$62 CAD/hr | Remote, Canada (Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta) | 12-Month Assignment


Are you a strategic storyteller who knows how to turn complex programs into compelling narratives? Were looking for a People Product Marketing Consultant to drive high-impact internal marketing efforts that inspire, inform, and align employees across a dynamic organization.


In this full-time, 12-month assignment, youll serve as the lead internal product marketer for a suite of critical People programs. You'll shape messaging strategy, create go-to-market plans, and help define the voice of People initiatives that affect thousands of employees. Your work will directly influence engagement, adoption, and clarity across the organization.


This is a hands-on opportunity to build from the ground up, working cross-functionally with internal comms, HR, enablement, and leadership teams to craft stories that drive behavior change and cultural connection.


  • What You'll Do:
  • Build and evolve a cohesive People team narrative that ties together programs and strategy
  • Define key personas and leverage insights to inform tone, messaging, and engagement strategies
  • Conduct internal research to gather employee sentiment and behavioral data
  • Map critical employee journeys to identify key communication moments
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape messaging for high-priority People initiatives
  • Lead the development of toolkits, frameworks, and communication templates
  • Guide content creation across channels (decks, one-pagers, launch briefs, etc.)
  • Tailor messaging by audience to increase clarity, understanding, and program adoption
  • Support change initiatives with strategic storytelling and empathy
  • Monitor adoption metrics and iterate based on employee feedback


  • What You Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, communications, or internal marketing
  • Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Strong go-to-market experience for programs, launches, or internal campaigns
  • Experience crafting clear, actionable messaging in ambiguous or fast-paced environments
  • Executive-level communication and storytelling skills
  • Deep understanding of employee experience and behavior-driven communication
  • Passion for turning internal programs into human-centered, engaging experiences


  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with HR or People programs
  • Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or PMP certification

What You'll Do as a Product Marketing Manager:
  • Understand the market : Dive deep into customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities and guide strategy.
  • Craft the story : Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning that speaks to our audience and sets us apart.
  • Launch with impact: Lead go-to-market plans for product and feature launches, aligning marketing, sales, and product teams to hit the ground running.
  • Enable sales success: Create the tools and training materials sales needs to confidently tell our product story and close deals faster.
  • Boost Demand: Collaborate with demand generation and content marketing to engage and convert prospects.
  • Product Ambassador: Represent Pagefreezer at webinars and events, and champion the product story internally and externally
What We're Looking For
  • Alignment with Pagefreezer's Core Values
  • Product Marketing Experience: 4+ years in a B2B SaaS product marketing role, with proven success in GTM strategy, sales enablement, and positioning across multiple product lines - bonus points if it's a compliance related product.
  • Strategic Insight & Execution: Ability to lead market segmentation, buyer research, and GTM planning with a deep understanding of how to position products for competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Experience aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing through data, storytelling, and clear communication.
  • Sales Enablement: Expertise in building sales enablement frameworks and tools that directly influence pipeline velocity and deal outcomes.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and act on insights from the market, competitors, and customer base to inform strategy.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with comfort representing the company externally and aligning leadership internally.
  • Writing Skills: Experienced in marketing copy creation and editing across various platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident using tools like HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Suite, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Independent and Proactive: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Skills: Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • AI and Automation Experience: Experience using or experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and Gemini,) to improve productivity, solve problems, or streamline workflows.
