Product Marketing Manager (Hands-On Storytelling & Content)
Location:
Vancouver, BC (Hybrid / Remote)
About Xorosoft
At Xorosoft, we believe that small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same level of technology and operational efficiency as enterprise giants. Our mission is simple: to empower brands in wholesale, retail, and e-commerce with the tools they need to scale smarter, run leaner, and grow faster.
Our flagship product, XoroERP, is a robust enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform designed specifically for SMBs who have outgrown disconnected systems like QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or legacy tools. With XoroERP, businesses can unify their operations — from inventory and procurement to accounting, fulfillment, and e-commerce integrations — all within one platform.
We've built a strong foundation:
•
Hundreds of clients across North America.
•
Deep integrations with Shopify, Amazon, EDI, 3PL providers, Payment gateways and other ecosystem platforms.
•
Recognition on G2 as one of the easiest-to-use ERP systems in the market.
But here's the challenge: We've built incredible features and integrations and nobody is telling that story at scale. That's why we're looking for our first hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own our product storytelling and visibility.
We are seeking a
Product Marketing Manager (Hands-On Storytelling & Content)
to become the face and voice of Xorosoft in North America.
Role Overview -
This role is not about delegating tasks or waiting on agencies. It's about creating content yourself, directly engaging with customers, and building our presence in the market. You'll sit at the intersection of product, customers, and sales, and your job is to translate product features, integrations, and customer success stories into powerful narratives that build trust and generate demand.
If you're someone who thrives on creating, presenting, and experimenting and you're excited by the idea of being both a marketer and storyteller this role is for you.
What You'll Do
As the Product Marketing Manager at Xorosoft, you will:
- Be the Voice of the Product
•
Create engaging videos, product demos, and integration walkthroughs.
•
Build a content library of feature explainers that show real customer value.
•
Translate complex ERP capabilities into simple, relatable business stories.
- Tell Customer Stories
•
Interview customers to capture their success stories, testimonials, and ROI.
•
