Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric solutions tailored to project KPIs including project progress, cost performance, budget adherence, schedule compliance, and resource utilization.
- Integrate data from construction management platforms and external data sources into unified reporting environments.
- Design, orchestrate, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines support real-time and historical analytics across projects and portfolios.
- Build and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs) to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across multiple stakeholders.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX and Power Query for project controls, executive reporting, and self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with project managers, to understand data needs and deliver scalable, actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, quality standards, and security frameworks across the data lifecycle.

Shift work will be required, hybrid work from home and Opla's ROC office.
Willing to travel as required. Occasional travel to remote locations or outside of the country may be required.
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
Experience working with real-time drilling data, machine learning algorithms, and IoT applications.
