The Role: Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Data Entry Clerk will support our operations team with weekly payroll entries, processing expenses, and providing support with AP/AR for the Alberta transportation team.
Responsibilities
Payroll Data Entry and Record Management:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried staff and weekly payroll for drivers
- Verify and enter time/trip sheets for completeness and accuracy, including hours works, vacation and applicable leaves.
- Record and enter applicable vacation, sick time, and report leaves to management.
- Review driver time/trip sheets and enter driver payroll on a weekly basis.
- Record and archive payroll records on a weekly basis.
- Process driver reimbursements.
- Provide support to employees regarding access to their portal, pay statements, and year-end tax documents.
- Escalate payroll discrepancies and employee concerns to Driver Manager
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure payroll and personnel records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of employee and company records.
AP/AR:
- Verify and process Proof of Deliver (POD) documents.
- Research resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Issue invoices to customers, track payment schedules.
- Maintain vendor accounts and records.
- Reconcile and monitor expenses.
Administrative Support:
- Handle general office duties:data entry for office needs, filing and record management, receiving calls, messages and mail
- Manage office supplies and support operations with administrative requests
- Assist with the planning and organizing of office events
- Answering calls, taking messages and redirecting calls
- Administrative support to the Terminal Manager
What You Bring:
- 1 -2 years of administrative or reception experience
- Ability to maintain weekly payroll deadlines

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a warehouse-based operation. The position involves intensive and high-volume data entry, combined with routine manual handling of storage cartons containing medical records.
This role is seated approximately 95% of the time, but requires physical movement every 5–7 minutes to lift and carry storage cartons weighing 30–50 lbs over distances of up to 20 feet.
Your main responsibility will be retrieving individual files from cartons, identifying specific data points, and entering that information into a secure database with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a consistent keying speed of 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy , verified by double-key validation.
Retrieve, handle, and return individual medical files from storage boxes.
Carry one carton (30–50 lbs) between pallet and workstation every 5–7 minutes , covering up to 20 feet.
Perform frequent lifting and lowering of cartons from pallets to workstations, with lift ranges from 13" to 45" .
Ensure files are reviewed, entered, and returned to their original order within each box.
Keep workspace organized and ensure proper handling of confidential records.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Seated Work: 95% of work is performed seated at a computer station.
Carton Movement: 5% involves lifting, carrying, and repositioning cartons.
Warehouse Conditions: Ambient temperature averages around 10°ree;C —dress warmly.
Protective Footwear: Steel-toe safety shoes meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistance rating of “Better” or “Best” are required.
Dress Code: Attire must be presentable and appropriate for a warehouse office environment.
