The Role

Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Strategically plan, build, launch, and continuously optimize TECs organic and paid digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated lead nurturing workflows within HubSpot and other marketing technology platforms, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers to maximize engagement and conversion efficiency.
- Manage CRM integrations, lead scoring, and campaign performance tracking to optimize the marketing funnel, enhance conversion rates, and identify opportunities for audience segmentation and personalization.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, form integrations, and lead tracking workflows to refine campaign strategies, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve conversion-driven decision-making.
Social Media Management
- Manage and monitor social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow organic engagement.
- Create compelling written, visual, and video content tailored for each platform.
- Define and track KPIs, regularly reporting on performance and making data-driven optimizations.
- Support Chairs and internal advocates in creating LinkedIn content and shareable updates.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform changes.
- Manage and schedule multi-channel campaigns using tools such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Plan, generate, and coordinate content creation across multiple media formats to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including:
- Writing long-form blog articles, thought leadership pieces, and member success stories that showcase TECs impact and expertise.
- Supporting the production, publication, and promotion of webinar and podcast episodes, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and audience interests.
- Scripting and storyboarding compelling video content for use across digital channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and community engagement.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with TEC Chairs and members to capture their personal journeys, business impact, and thought leadership, transforming insights into high-value marketing assets.
- Proofread, edit, and optimize marketing copy across web, email, and social channels to ensure clarity, brand consistency, and audience resonance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Compile insights and analytics across all marketing channels (social, web, email, paid).
- Present findings in monthly and quarterly reports to inform content and strategy.
- Identify trends and suggest innovative content formats or platforms to explore.
Website & SEO
- Update and optimize TECs website content using WordPress and other Content Marketing System platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices including meta descriptions, image alt text, and keyword integration.
- Monitor site performance, time on page, conversions, and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Communications or Marketing, specializing Digital Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience related to the responsibilities of the position.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the areas related to the position.
- Experience or proficiency with HubSpot essential.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience with SEO and SEM.
- Proficiency in French would be a strong asset.
