Position Summary :
Reporting to the VP, Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer supports the Creative Director in advancing the creative vision and is responsible for the organization and creation of attractive, on-brand designs and layouts for all internal- and external-facing print and digital assets used to communicate JUMP Math’s international brand across all lines of business. Maintaining strong communication with the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer transforms raw content into appealing print-ready and/or digital files for a variety of design initiatives, including print and digital marketing materials, digital media production and assets, and websites. This role also implements ongoing design maintenance and enhancements of materials, as needed. The Graphic Designer coordinates collaboratively with internal and external JUMP Math stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of final marketing and communications design products, ensuring compliance with specified formats and brand style guidelines.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) short-term contract role for up to 6 months.
Location of Work: This role is hybrid as you will be required to attend in person meetings at the JUMP Math office.
Salary Range: $54,200 – $61,000 based on experience

Key Accountabilities:
- Creates a variety of on-brand visual marketing and communications materials, including but not limited to, marketing collateral, ads, web pages and video assets that effectively communicate JUMP Math’s key messages, initiatives and products.
- Works with marketing content creators to create and refine design layouts and mock-ups, sources images, production, printing, packaging and delivery of print and digital projects, ensuring the correct application of JUMP Math brand standards & guidelines across all design materials.
- Maintains the design of branded marketing & communications documents and templates (i.e., manuals, forms, infographics, email templates, presentation decks, and print and digital media, such as ads, social media graphic IDs, visual assets, etc.)
- Supports the ongoing design needs of JUMP Math’s websites and other web properties, as needed, providing front-end design and development skills in creating and designing web pages and other digital visual assets, as required, aligned with brand standards.
- Supports the development and editing of video content, including promotional and sales videos, ensuring brand-aligned design features.
- Coordinates with the Creative Director to maintain consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all creative outputs, performing proofreading and brand compliance checks for all materials.
- Participates in weekly team meetings, providing project status updates and flagging design-related issues.
- Collaborates effectively with internal teams and external vendors, as required, to provide design support on projects. Communicates clearly with stakeholders regarding project status and timelines, from project conception to completion, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet established quality and brand benchmarks.
- Knowledgeable about AODA and international accessibility requirements and standards for communications and information design.
- Sources appropriate brand imagery for creative projects (annual reports, brochures, websites, social channels, newsletters, etc.)
- Maintains organization of digital design files, assets and permissions (image and video libraries).
