You will work cross-functionally on initiatives that support the organization’s strategic imperatives. You will participate in brainstorming sessions, present your design rationale, and adapt based on constructive feedback. You will provide creative direction and feedback to freelance designers as needed, and offer informal mentorship and training within the team.

  • Ensure quality and consistency. You will maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative assets and uphold compliance with advertising and marketing standards. You will conduct thorough reviews of design files, typography, colour, and layout before production or distribution.
