- Oversee all supply chain related activities, including but not limited to: revenue planning, sourcing, purchasing (including MRO), production scheduling, materials planning, warehousing, and shipping & logistics through the business system.
- Lead by developing short- and long-term objectives, execute daily management activities and implement corrective actions for internal and external customers.
- Deploy and implement Lean material management processes such as Kanban, pull systems, Min-Max, consignment, inventory modeling, daily cycle counting, JIT, and MRP.
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records, item parameters, and related documents.
- Manage supplier quality through the QMS to meet customer quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
- Recruitment, performance management, and retaining top talent to create a team that supports the integrated supply chain model.
- Plan and manage demand requirements (current and future) with manufacturing and suppliers to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Proactively drive the culture of zero safety incident for the business.
- Communicate key supply chain metrics to relevant site personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering from accredited institution or equivalent related experience.
- 7 years’ minimum of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of switchgears, transfer switches, panelboards, or similar products is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong business financial acumen.
- Ability to lead multiple teams geographically dispersed and multiple projects.
- Able to travel 20% of the time annually.
- Professional Supply Chain Certifications such as SCMP, APICS-CPIM/CSCP or similar are preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or training) with demonstrated CI achievements is preferred.

Strategic
- Lead development of long-term supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and support safety, scalability, reliability, and resilience.
- Establish and manage risk-mitigation plans to address supply continuity, single-sourcing, logistics disruptions, and global market volatility.
- Drive sustainability initiatives across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations, including cost-to-serve optimization, carbon footprint reduction, and ethical supplier compliance.
- Leverage ERP and analytics to enhance visibility, planning, and decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, ensuring strong succession and capability pipelines.
- Partner with operations, engineering, production, finance, and sales to align supply chain strategies with broader business needs.
- Champion Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve responsiveness.
Tactical
- Lead supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, vendor management, production and materials, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs including inventory turns, OTIF (On Time In Full), logistics cost, vendor performance, forecast accuracy, and supply chain cost as % of sales.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery.
- Negotiate agreements to secure favorable terms and drive supplier performance.
- Implement processes to optimize stock levels, warehouse organization, production scheduling, and logistics coordination to minimize waste and shortages.
- Ensure warehouse operations are efficient, safe, and disciplined under 5S principles.
- Coordinate timely material deliveries and outbound shipments to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Resolve supplier and logistics issues promptly to maintain continuity of supply and customer delivery commitments.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, production and materials planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, sourcing, production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics practices.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership experience with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or readiness to take ownership of supply chain functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

As we expand our vertically integrated manufacturing and fulfillment network across Canada and the U.S., we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the logistics, transportation, and cross-border programs that move our goods reliably, compliantly, and cost-effectively.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can own the strategy and execution of all inbound and outbound logistics while also driving trade compliance improvements, customs cost optimization, and documentation workflows. You’ll manage vendor relationships, lead cost negotiations, and partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and production teams to deliver continuous improvement across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Transportation Ownership
- Own all inbound and outbound logistics across all facilities (Canada and U.S.)
- Manage relationships with freight carriers, brokers, and 3PLs; negotiate rates and service terms
- Monitor on-time pickup/delivery performance, lead freight audits, and resolve issues with vendors
- Optimize mode selection (LTL, FTL, courier, parcel, ocean/air) based on service level and cost
- Design and implement SOPs for shipping, receiving, carrier scheduling, and warehouse coordination
Cross-Border & Trade Program Management
Oversee all customs programs and compliance efforts including:
K90/K32, Section 321, and duty drawback
HS classification, COO accuracy, and customs valuation
Broker performance and SLA oversight
- Lead trade-related documentation improvements and system integrations
Supply Chain Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards for freight spend, duty costs, and landed cost modeling
- Identify sourcing or fulfillment optimizations based on freight and tariff analysis
- Manage trade documentation accuracy, export paperwork, and shipping compliance audits
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, finance, and sourcing teams to ensure logistics and trade processes support business goals
- Partner with IT or systems teams to integrate trade and logistics data into ERP, WMS, or dashboards
- Serve as the internal project lead for freight transitions, broker changes, or new route/service launches
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or trade compliance (apparel or consumer goods preferred)
- Proven experience managing LTL/FTL carriers, freight contracts, and inbound/outbound logistics operations
- Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. customs programs (K90, K32, duty drawback, Section 321) strongly preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with freight audit platforms, dashboards, or ERP data mapping is an asset
- Clear communicator and organized project manager; able to coordinate across multiple teams and facilities

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP, PMP) is an asset.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional or multi-site teams.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong SAP knowledge (minimum three modules from MM, PP, SD, WM, LE).

Brand Supply Chain Manager On-Site (Montreal or Toronto office)
Reporting to the Vice-President, Procurement, we are looking for a Supply Chain Lead who will play a critical role in liaising between assigned brands, category management team, and distribution/vendor partners, while optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, service levels and cost-effectiveness.
