Overview :

Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced D365 Technical Lead to join our team starting October 2025. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of D365 Technical Lead experience leading the development and implementation of D365 projects. Previous experience developing solutions using D365 (i.e., Customer Service, Sales Module), implementing Power Pages Portals, and integrating with 3rd party services/public facing portals is required. Experience creating reusable enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft D365 platform is also required. Location: Regina, SK (Onsite). Term: 24 months. Strong possibility of extension.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions using Microsoft D365, specifically Customer Service and Sales modules, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
  • Design solutions, customize and configure these platforms to align with business needs, including creating workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Lead all technical aspects of projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft D365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Provide and implement recommendations to ensure overall D365 platform stability, maturity and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 7+ years of D365 Technical Lead experience leading the development and implementation of D365 projects.
  • Experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), specifically the Customer Service and Sales Module.
  • Experience implementing Power Pages Portals.
  • Experience creating solutions for re-use across more than one enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft D365 platform.
  • Experience in Microsoft D365 integrations with third party services and public facing portals
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or technical diploma with experience working in the IT sector is required
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions and Common Data Services.

Stantec's Power System Studies Center of Excellence is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to be a Technical Lead in Electromagnetic Transient Power System Studies (EMT). The Technical Lead will oversee a team of engineers in the execution of EMT studies for various power systems including generation, transmission, and distribution levels, and with different types of generation including renewables and energy storage. The execution of EMT studies will also have an emphasis on the simulation and analysis of HVDC and other power electronic and inverter-based resource (IBR) systems. Besides managing and overseeing a strong technical team in the day-to-day delivery of studies, this position is also responsible for leading business development, client relations and technical proposal preparation in the area of EMT and other power system studies. The Technical Lead also plays a key role in helping set the strategic direction for the power system studies team by keeping up to date with current and emerging industry trends and directions in HVDC and IBR control and protection design and simulation including the participation in various IEEE and CIGRE working groups.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Projects for Clients- Provide direct project leadership on EMT power system studies projects. The work includes carrying out and providing guidance to the studies team on the following: developing study methodologies, preparing models and project study cases, analyzing simulation results, identifying system issues and possible mitigation strategies as well as preparing and reviewing study reports.
- Meeting with clients to report on project progress, interim and final study results.

Summary
The Quality Lead is responsible for providing direction and guidance to our technical engineering teams, ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Serving as a point of contact for Quality, this role plays a critical part in aligning project deliverables, maintaining quality standards, improving operational efficiency, training staff, identifying opportunities for improvement, driving collaboration between global stakeholders and fostering a culture of quality.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring systems and procedures are adhered to.
  • Assisting with maintaining and expanding SharePoint-based Quality Management Systems. 
  • Developing project-specific Quality Plans.
  • Leading the QA/QC effort on the projects as required.
  • Ensuring evolving industry best practices are incorporated.
  • Providing direction and monitoring results for compliance to client and project requirements and expectations.
  • Interfacing with clients and project managers to determine quality requirements.
  • Providing input for the requirements of quality statistics reporting (metrics) and tracking quality metrics for project reporting.
  • Providing direction and support to project teams and departments.
  • Interfacing with client quality representatives, as required.
  • Managing the distribution of QMS documentation.
  • Assisting in the coordination of QMS audits.
  • Assisting in the creation of the audit program for project audits (audit plan, schedule, checklist, reports, etc.).
  • Investigating and resolving non-conformances, quality concerns and quality observations.
  • Performing quality training and orientation to Equinox staff.
  • Conducting quality auditing process.
  • Promoting Quality awareness throughout organization.
  • Working with departments to ensure storage and recovery of project quality documentation.
  • Managing the Lessons Learned database and assist with implementation of a Lessons Learned process of projects.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint and SharePoint experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of engineering deliverable workflows and checking processes (squad checks, checkprints, stick files, etc.)  considered beneficial.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry quality standards.
  • Strong initiative, leadership, problem-solving, change management and results delivery skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Engineering company experience considered an asset.


Education and Qualifications

  • A Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation or an accredited technical degree.
  • 5+ years of oil and gas EPCM engineering or design experience

FLOFORM Countertops is a Canadian company with its head office in Winnipeg and has 17 Showrooms and 8 fabrication facilities located in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Position Summary:
The Customer Service Lead is responsible for providing a positive customer experience by qualifying, educating and selling our products lines as well as responding to general inquiries, processing orders, and promoting additional sales. The CSR Lead will also provide training, coaching, and help implementing strategies to improve overall customer service, aid in the implementing of quoting structure, and work towards overall efficiencies in the department. 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with proven customer service experience in a fast paced environment 
  • Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot table and data manipulation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
  • Works well with team members to resolve issues and move forward in a proactive manner
  • Effective verbal presentation and communication skills
  • Confident mathematical skills with strong understanding of measurements and fractions
  • Enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a team sales environment
  • Assists customers in person, be email or on the telephone
  • Maintains a current price list and informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
  • Processes orders and accepts payment from customers made over the telephone or in person
  • Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product
  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinates activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required
  • Assists customers in the selection of product
  • Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered
  • Maintains customer service records
  • Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
  • Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly   
  • Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s)
  • Participate in inventory
  • Keeps the showroom clean and sets up displays as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
