Strategic Decision-Making: Utilize critical thinking skills to strategically determine the most effective research methods. Methodological Expertise: Highlight expertise in a variety of research methodologies, ensuring the selection of methods that best address the unique challenges and goals of each project. Data-Informed Insights: Provide actionable insights derived from research findings, supporting data-informed decision-making at all stages of the design process.Requirements Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Has practical experience conducting UX Research, particularly for omni-channel products and services.Proficient in at least one UX Research methodology, including interviews, field studies, diary studies, task analysis, formative and summative usability tests, A/B testing, surveys, heuristic evaluations, competitive analysis, etc.Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas concisely through impactful storytelling.Familiar with design tools like Figma. Overview:
As a Quantitative Researcher, you will work with a team to develop a variety of signals, AI/ML models, and quant strategies for trading financial markets. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of various components of our research and innovation system, and you will evaluate their effectiveness by using accurate statistical methods. As part of a small team with exposure to multiple areas of research, you will have the opportunity to rapidly grow your knowledge of quantitative investing and proprietary trading.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related field (MSc or PhD)
  • Experience and knowledge of AI/ML and LLM models and technologies with application to Finance and Trading
  • Programming proficiency in Python, SQL and C++
  • Experience with derivative pricing, portfolio optimization, and quant investing
  • Exceptional mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving ability
  • Experience solving data-intensive problems is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to complete statistical or applied mathematical research is a plus
  • Prior experience in a quantitative role within a trading environment is a plus
