Background:

• The role will require an entrepreneurial approach and willingness to use initiative but also a strong grounding in M&A, with solid understanding of representations, indemnities and the associated limitations in transaction documents.
• Insurance knowledge is not required and will be provided, but experience of using RWI on transactions will be helpful.

This position reports to the Manager, Reconciliation, Financial Markets Operations, and you’ll collaborate every day with a team of more than 35 experts in reconciliation for Financial Markets and Wealth Management.

Prerequisites:
Three-year college diploma in a related field, preferably in finance, or four years’ relevant experience

Knowledge of ISM (T80), Accurate, Fidessa, AS400, CDS, DTC, GB Corpo, Global Plus, FMC, Position Watch and Murex
