The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Manager of Content Marketing will support Silk & Snow's marketing efforts by crafting compelling marketing strategies that support the elevated brand identity of Silk & Snow, while also highlighting our value proposition and supporting our customer journeys.

You'll work in a multi-faceted role by managing and coordinating the content creation process with the goal of delivering consistently high-quality content that performs across our various marketing channels, including Meta, Tiktok, YouTube, Google Display, and Out-of-Home.

What You'll Do

  • Establish content marketing strategies that help to support Silk & Snow's elevated brand identity
  • Collaborate with our performance marketing team to monitor the performance of content and apply recommendations based on performance trends
  • Act as the critical link between our graphic design team and content marketing team, providing recommendations and feedback for creative designs
  • Manage direct reports to ensure career development and growth
  • Monitor monthly objectives to ensure that team members are on track to achieve or exceed their targets
  • Develop strategies that will drive sales growth for the company through increased awareness of our product and service offerings within targeted markets
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current trends that may affect the Silk & Snow brand and provide content recommendations as a result
  • Develop post-mortem analysis reports for every major marketing campaign


What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and marketing management
  • Experience with working for a D2C brand is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with social and digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics
  • Ability to cross-collaborate with multiple departments
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of marketing and brand strategy and ROI/KPI evaluation
  • A passionate marketer with an aptitude for strategy
