Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Onsite Leadership team, this position supports the growth of the onsite business by driving profitable sales growth and customer service through understanding.
Job Responsibilities (You Will):
Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Sell a diversified line of products over-the-counter promoting Private Brands, Technical Services and ecommerce channels whenever possible and be able to provide an understanding of the Grainger Value Proposition to customers.
Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold including the completion of the required training programs.
Other branch support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions as required
Assists in driving the achievement of key operational metrics in customer satisfaction, sales, safety, and operational improvements by utilizing available tools and reporting.
Utilizes sound judgment and best practices to resolve complex customer concerns.
May Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) Team meetings and CI on-site initiatives as required.
Have a strong commitment to personal safety and safety in the workplace

Education/Experience (You Have):
1 to 2 years previous customer service experience
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done
Demonstrated focus on “wowing” the customer with exceptional service
Knowledge of industrial and/or safety products considered an asset
Superior interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills to effectively build relationships
Proficient computer skills and aptitude
Possession of a valid driver’s license is an asset
Completion of High School Diploma

What you will do
Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Life Safety Systems Representative II, Sprinkler to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role the responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company, estimating, and quoting Fire Sprinkler Systems for Commercial, Institutional and Industrial facilities, and the ability to build new business associations/relationships and grow the Sprinkler Service business by developing a positive ongoing relationship with customers.

The Human Resources Training and Development Specialist plays a critical role in aligning enterprise-wide learning and talent development strategies are effectively deployed and tailored to local business needs. - Work with the leadership teams to assess development needs, identify skills gaps, and deliver/facilitate localized learning solutions that promote safety, productivity and skills enhancement for both salaried and hourly.
- Work closely with the TWI teams to deliver training programs focused on manufacturing:
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Technical skills (e.g., equipment operation, maintenance)
- Quality standards and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, 5S)
- On the Job Training (Training Within Industry Methodology)
- Leadership development for team leads and supervisors
- Collaborate with Human Resources team and business leaders to identify current and future leadership development needs for salaried group to design and facilitate learning programs that support leadership competencies and professional growth.

Description:Our company is seeking individuals to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Phone Interviews.
With most of our paid focus group studies, you have the option to participate remotely online or in-person. This is a great way to earn additional income from the comfort of your home.
We need participants on the following topics:
- Child Related (individuals with children 18 yrs or younger)
- Cell Phones (Apple, Android, or Windows.Prepaid or Contract)
- Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
- Food (If you buy fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
- Sports (Casual viewers and die-hard fans)
- Electronics (Tell us which devices you prefer and why)
- Pets (Animal lovers needed! Dogs, cats, and other pets)

- Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time.
