This position manages the business plan, budget, and business development strategy. They lead UPS revenue growth and retention sales strategies. + Manages resources and people processes (e.g., Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, Salary Administration, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day-to-day administration of processes and formal procedures.
+ Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities (e.g., training, special assignments, projects, etc.) to facilitate individual and team development.
+ Collaborates with district, region, and corporate Business Development groups to provide business plan results, account challenges, market and industry trends.
+ Prepares written information to disseminate to Sales staff to inform them of district, regional, and corporate initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge in Healthcare, Sales, HLD, Forwarding and cold chain.
+ Sales experience in SMB and/or ENT
+ Anticipates industry, financial, and global trends impacting UPS and customers' organizations; identifies strategic recommendations based on anticipated trends; uses detailed understanding of customers' functions, structures, and business models to make supply chain recommendations
+ Demonstrates a detailed understanding of competitor's strategies and offerings; collects, analyzes, and interprets competitive information; identifies areas where UPS is at a competitive disadvantage and suggests ideas for improving its competitive position

Package Liaison – Toronto, Canada (Part Time)
Availability Required: 25-30 Hours a Week (10am-6pm, Monday-Friday)
Luxer One is looking for a professional, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management services to a luxury apartment building in downtown Toronto. Come join our growing team!
This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in Toronto. The service rep will visit the community multiple times a week and perform various duties.
- Provide in-person and email support to residents having package questions/issues
- Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
- Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
- Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
- Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
- Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors
- Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system
- Participate in the occasional outreach or visit to a prospective property for an audit or information drop off
This is a part-time role (25-30 hours a week). This role is also part of a new, expanding service program – with opportunities for growth as the program expands.
RequirementsWho You Are:
- Professional and personable. You will be working in upscale apartment buildings and will be expected to create positive, friendly relationships with both property managers and residents.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
- Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to METRO) Ideally, the candidate would live in or near the downtown Toronto area.
- Comfortable using technology (you will be using a digital package management system, iPhone, and iPad)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- This role involves regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky. Applicants should be capable of comfortably lifting packages within legal guidelines and maneuvering within package storage areas.
- At least 18 years old.
- The above-listed duties are not exhaustive, and the employee may be required to perform other tasks as needed and assigned by the management team.

**Job Description**
The warehouse worker role involves manual picking and packing of materials for customer orders. Candidates will follow assigned priorities from pick lists and ensure outbound shipments align with these lists. Additionally, workers are responsible for conducting floor audits at the end of shifts to identify and report any inventory issues. Upon receiving products, verification of incoming paperwork to ensure quality packaging and correct quantity is required.
**Responsibilities**
Pick materials for customer orders according to assigned priorities.
Release outbound shipments as per pick list requirements.
Conduct floor audits at the end of shifts for inventory discrepancies.
Receive products and verify quality packaging and quantity from suppliers.
**Essential Skills**
Previous warehouse or retail experience.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Independent work capability with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Forklift operation experience.
Material handling and pallet jack operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Forklift experience (Dockstocker/Reverse Steering) is an asset.
Ability to read and write in English.
Strong sense of urgency.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
**Work Environment**
The warehouse is a spacious, clean, and well-lit facility spanning 17,000 sqft. Shifts are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, . The role requires occasional forklift operation, making up about 20% of the workday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, Ontario.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
