Compétences requises:
- Bilingue - français et anglais
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (écrit et parlé)
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'administration.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aerospace and defense sectors, with emphasis on Quebec and North American markets.
Build and execute strategic plans to attract OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Leverage existing networks and industry insight to elevate the company's brand and market reach.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to prepare winning proposals and secure new accounts.
Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, Aero Montreal forums, and other networking venues.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, RFQs, and client presentations.
Track sales performance and key metrics through CRM tools, ensuring accurate pipeline and opportunity management.
Offer ongoing market intelligence and feedback to support service innovation and growth planning.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or strategic sales within aerospace or a related technical field.
Direct experience working with or selling to major aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
In-depth understanding of aerospace supply chains, procurement cycles, and the Quebec aerospace ecosystem.
Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in translating technical concepts into client-focused solutions.
Background or familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments is an asset.
Bilingual in French and English.
Willingness to travel across North America (approx. 1 week/month).
Experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools.

Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable du développement des affaires proactif(ve) et stratégique pour soutenir la croissance dans les secteurs de l’aérospatiale et de la défense, au Québec et en Amérique du Nord. Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) possédant une solide connaissance de l’industrie et un réseau bien établi dans le domaine aérospatial.
Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance, de développer des relations clients durables et de contribuer au succès à long terme de l’entreprise dans un secteur hautement compétitif et technique.
Responsabilités principales
Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires dans les secteurs de l’aérospatiale et de la défense, principalement au Québec et en Amérique du Nord.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à attirer les OEM et les fournisseurs de rang 1.
Tirer parti de votre réseau et de vos connaissances du marché pour accroître la notoriété et l’influence de l’entreprise.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, opérations, finances) pour préparer des propositions gagnantes et conclure de nouvelles ententes.
Représenter l’entreprise lors d’événements de l’industrie, salons, forums d’Aéro Montréal et autres occasions de réseautage.
Préparer et présenter des propositions, des appels d’offres (RFQ) et des présentations adaptées aux besoins des clients.
Suivre les performances commerciales et les indicateurs clés via des outils CRM, tout en assurant une gestion rigoureuse du pipeline des ventes.
Fournir une veille stratégique sur le marché afin de soutenir l’innovation et la croissance des services.
Profil recherché
Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement des affaires ou en vente stratégique dans le domaine aérospatial ou technique connexe.
Expérience directe auprès des grands donneurs d’ordres (OEM) ou fournisseurs de rang 1 du secteur aérospatial.
Excellente connaissance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement aérospatiale, des cycles d’approvisionnement et de l’écosystème québécois de l’aérospatiale.
Aptitude reconnue à établir et entretenir des relations solides à tous les niveaux d’une organisation.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation; capable de vulgariser des concepts techniques pour les clients.
Connaissances en ingénierie ou en fabrication (atout).
Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
Disponibilité pour voyager en Amérique du Nord (environ une semaine par mois).
Maîtrise des outils CRM et des systèmes de gestion du pipeline des ventes.
Diplôme universitaire en administration, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
