The role:
Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, the Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for collecting inventory data, identifying and analyzing discrepancies, developing and improving inventory control systems, maintaining detailed records of transactions, and verifying inventory counts from company warehouses and stockrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of inventory including accuracy of inventory transfers, adjustments, receiving, production and cycle counting
- Responsible for coordinating the physical inventory of the warehouse
- Responsible for coordinating and performing the warehouse cycle counts as per the agreed upon frequency
- Responsible for adhering to the inventory count policies and procedures established by the Inventory Control Supervisor and ensuring that all individuals participating in inventory count procedures understand and respect such policies and procedures
- Compile results, update reports and measure the accuracy of physical inventories
- Perform audits of recounts, analyze results, and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage your time to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain/Logistics, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Finance and Accounts Payable)
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or similar experience in the field of manufacturing operations
- Previous experience with warehouse management and ERP systems and processes is required.
Skills:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be flexible and be able to work well under pressure of deadlines & changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Positive attitude, team-oriented and quick problem solver
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

**What are your contributions to the team?**
As a Material Logistics Agent within the Purchasing and Supplier Management Division and the Supplier Compliance Department, you will report to the Leader, Material Logistics. In this role, you will manage material flow and procurement to ensure timely delivery, maintain inventory, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Manage procurement and material flow to meet operational needs while staying within budget.
+ Ensure timely delivery of all parts and full component supply to the assembly line.
+ Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including inbound flow and removal of obsolete/inactive stock.
+ Coordinate inter-site demands and release planned orders with the appropriate purchasing documentation.
+ Handle non-conforming materials and ensure alignment with production schedules.
+ Manage incoming shipments and ensure documentation complies with internal and external standards (snags, Certificates of Conformity, etc.).
+ Ensure engineering and manufacturing configurations (MAC PAC) are properly maintained.
+ Propose short-term, lasting solutions to reduce discrepancies from the production plan and raise awareness among stakeholders.
+ Participate in improvement initiatives (cost reduction, Six Sigma, SAP, TAC, BMIS, etc.) to optimize procurement and supply chain processes.
+ Support program and sourcing teams in reviews, negotiations, and commodity projects.

+ You have a bachelor's degree in administration or operations management.
+ You have three (3) to eight (8) years of experience in Materials or Inventory Management.
+ You have work or internship experience in external production (OP) an asset.

+ You have good analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential.
