**WHATu2019S THE JOB?**
Reporting to the District Manager the Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations at our franchise owned Tim Hortons restaurant. This includes overseeing Customer Service Team Members, facilities, and equipment to ensure that our high standards around people, product, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service are consistently met. General Restaurant Manager, also manages Bakery Team Members, Shift Leaders, Shift Supervisors, and Shift Managers.
**Operational Leadership**

  • Communicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience
  • Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred. We will train you.
  • You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Basic computer skills are needed for POS system and payroll system.
  • You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.

We are hiring a Tim Hortons - Food Service Associate located at the University of PEI, With no Drive-through, we operate Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends! Primary duties and personalities include:

  • Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other catering functions and services when necessary
