Reporting to the District Manager the Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations at our franchise owned Tim Hortons restaurant. This includes overseeing Customer Service Team Members, facilities, and equipment to ensure that our high standards around people, product, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service are consistently met. General Restaurant Manager, also manages Bakery Team Members, Shift Leaders, Shift Supervisors, and Shift Managers.
**Operational Leadership**

We are hiring a Baker to work at our Tim Hortons located at the University of PEI. With no Drive-Through, we operate Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends! This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous experience working in a Tim Horton's or another fast paced food service establishment
- Able to communicate well in written and verbal English
- Experience as a baker or other food preparation environment
- Experience as a cashier and cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; working in cold environments (ie fridge / freezer)
- FoodSafe Level I is a minimum. SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification is an asset.
