If you are an experienced RVT with a passion for anesthesia and dentistry, and you’re looking to grow your career in a supportive specialty environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Evergreen Veterinary Dentistry Services is a privately owned referral specialty clinic dedicated to providing exceptional high quality veterinary dentistry care and being committed to improving the oral health and overall wellbeing of companion animals. Our team is lead by a board-certified veterinary dentistry specialist and we have an advanced dentistry practice veterinarian joining the team in January 2026. We provide basic to advanced services, in addition to treating patients with multiple health issues or those that can be of a more challenging anesthetic procedure. We work closely with referring veterinarians and pet owners to provide comprehensive, compassionate and professional care.
We have a system where pet guardians are heavily involved in their pet's time with us at the clinic and involved in decision making processes.
We foster a collaborative environment where every team member plays a vital role in patient outcomes. We are passionate about teaching, learning and team growth with support of continuing education opportunities, mentorship and access to high end equipment and products.
At Evergreen, we recognize that veterinary medicine can be challenging and we are dedicated to supporting our team. We ensure that new staff are welcomed with patience and mentorship and create an environment where concerns are addressed constructively - not through complaints, but with solutions and collaboration. Evergreen Veterinary Dentistry Services is committed to a culture built on respect, kindness and team work. We do not tolerate bullying, gossip or disrespectful communication within our practice from either clients or team members and we encourage discussion of concerns directly to support all staff members speaking up if needing to discuss concerns.
