Position:
As an Associate, you will partner with a Senior Financial Advisor and their team with their financial planning practice, providing a full range of financial products and services for clients.
This is a challenging role that is perfect for someone who is passionate about the financial planning and excited to not start over but have your favorite clients while helping the practice grow. This individual will have the opportunity to grow as a member of a team for many years to come and potentially take on greater responsibilities over time including leading others and managing top client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Leveraging existing client base and developing Centres of Influence to uncover HNW referral opportunities
- Designing and implementing business development strategies to grow current client base
- Finding more opportunities to serve current clients
- Gathering data from clients to prepare plan/proposals
- Jointly meeting with clients alongside the Senior Financial Consultant
- Building relationships with clients either independently or along with the Senior Financial Consultant
- Generating new business opportunities through relationships with current clients and Centers of Influence
To qualify for this opportunity, you should possess:
- A Mutual Fund or Securities (RR) license and LLQP certification (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients both on the phone and face-to-face

- Self-confident but highly coachable with a high level of integrity

We are seeking an Associate - Decarbonization to join our growing team. The Associate - Decarbonization supports Introba's Climate Team on a wide variety of projects focused primarily on strategic climate change/decarbonization planning for campuses, municipalities, provinces and utilities, and energy efficiency and emissions reduction policy development in the built environment/building sector.
