We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account issues.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
- Meet individual and team performance goals, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
