  • Assist the Restaurant Management team in maintaining proper coverage via team member schedules to ensure that the restaurant attains/exceeds all customer service standards.
  • You will partner with other Restaurant Management to identify specific opportunities for optimizing efficiencies and maximizing the profitability of the restaurant.
  • Follow up and ensure resolution of guest-related issues as needed.

Snakes & Lattes Annex is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of shift supervisor.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion to serve great coffee, provide outstanding guest service and help lead our team through our high volume service hours while assisting with barista and bartending duties.

The shift supervisor is a supportive team member that steps in and offers the help that's needed to the staff and to the guests, and to ensure that the overall experience of Snakes & Lattes is enjoyable as soon as people step in the door. Supervisors are to act as the model employee for customer engagement and professionalism.

Shifts will be split between bartender and barista duties and supervisor duties when the location manger is not on site.

As a keyholder, some of the major responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Assisting with the opening and closing of the FOH on each shift.
  • Adherence to all Snakes & Lattes policies and procedures with the expectation of enforcing these policies upon other employees.
  • Helping to create a safe and harassment free environment while holding others accountable
  • Oversee the staff and guests during service to ensure a highly consistent level of service
  • Audit and check time cards for accuracy each shift
  • Completing and auditing server cash outs at the end of their shifts
  • Completing daily cash audits and cash counts
  • Ensuring that all cleaning, stocking, pre and post shift tasks are complete
  • Managing their assigned shift by watching guest flow and addressing business needs
  • Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items, the games library, and retail selection retail
  • Prepare coffee and tea program beverages in a sanitary and accurate manner, following all recipes for hot beverages
  • Pour beer, wine and prepare mixed drinks and cocktails in a sanitary and accurate manner according to the orders received, following all cocktail recipes

**What We Need From You as an Operations Supervisor:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
+ Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid DZ driver's license (or higher) and compliance with all DOT regulations.
+ Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and MTO regulations.
+ Experience operating refuse collection equipment is an asset.
+ Strong data entry and analytical skills.
