  • Coordinate and manage financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Monitor the supervision of accounts receivable and sales/purchases of vehicle documentation.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing activities to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • University degree in the field of Accounting and/or Comparable dealership accounting experience (a must)
  • Designation preferred: CA, CPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the overall operation of a retail automotive dealership accounting procedures.
  • User knowledge of Dealership DMS: PBS (preferred), CDK/OneEighty software, Reynolds, Serti
  • Strong computer literacy
