Your Key Responsibilities

- Interested in learning new technologies and techniques to stay up to date with current industry trends and practices.
- Developing drawing packages including specifications suitable for tender and construction for:
- Service entrance, distribution backbones ranging from 120/208V to 25kV - Site wide distribution systems
- Generators systems

- Experience with UPS, battery bank, energy storage systems will be considered as an asset
- Carrying out power system studies including:
- Short circuit, load flow, coordination of protection devices, arc flash

- Take ownership of project tasks or entire projects as required and produce all deliverables with minimum supervision

Your Capabilities and Credentials

- Familiar with the following software suite: MS office suite and MS project, Visual, AGI, AutoCAD, REVIT, ETAP

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering & Licensed Professional Engineer.

· Knowledge of RF test equipment, procedures and EMI/EMC test for avionics considered an asset
· Development of Repair & Overhaul (R&O) test programs on ATE using one or more of the following programming languages and development environments: Python, NI LabVIEW, NI LabWindows/CVI, ATEASY
· A bility to analyse general electronic circuits at the component level and design test interface circuits
· Ability to work independently, with minimal direction
· Strong computer & communication skills using MS Office products (Word, Excel)

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer experienced in High Voltage systems to join our team. As a site Electrical Engineer, you'll be directly responsible for overseeing the design, operation and maintenance of high voltage electrical systems for our chemical manufacturing facilities at Welland. The Niagara Falls Facility operates various process and utility systems that include chemicals, gasses, a variety of electrical systems, water systems, HVAC, waste, vacuum, and controls.
