The Role:

Le Directeur ERP sera responsable de gérer une quarantaine de personnes, dont 3 gestionnaires (équipe opérationnelle, équipe projets et équipe EDI), dans le but de diriger, d’influencer des projets et d’assurer la performance des solutions TI relatives à l’ERP.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Gérer les 3 équipes et assurer le développement des compétences de chaque membre

• Assurer la mise en place de la gouvernance et de la performance du système ERP

• Collaborer avec tous les groupes d’affaires afin de diriger l’évolution du système selon les standards et les meilleurs pratique de chaque groupe

• Diriger la livraison de projets en lien avec l’ERP

• Agir comme un acteur du changement afin d’accompagner les équipes dans l’utilisation du système

• Influencer les évolutions et favoriser l’harmonisation des pratiques entre les groupes d’affaires

PROFIL

• 10+ années d’expérience dans un rôle de gestion de solution ERP et de direction

• Expérience dans une entreprise manufacturière à l’échelle internationale

• Bonne compréhension des architectures TI

• Bonnes compétences en gestion du changement

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Réaliser le développement des différents modules et améliorer le système de gestion d’entrepôt

• Effectuer l’ajout de nouvelles fonctionnalités et maximiser le module transport selon les besoins d’affaires

• Être le spécialiste à l’interne concernant le développement de JDE, dans une entreprise d’environ 400 employés
