About the Job:
The Functional Consultant with Zone & Co will be essential in gathering and analyzing client business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories. This role will collaborate closely with technical teams to design and configure solutions that precisely meet client needs, while conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective implementation.
As a Functional Consultant, this role will also assist with testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee solutions are error-free and meet all requirements, and will provide ongoing client support, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, the Functional Consultant will document processes and customizations, and participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development. Effective communication with clients and internal teams will be key to managing expectations and achieving project milestones.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from customers.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the domain.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are managed.
- Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development.

Requirements
- NetSuite Procure to Pay or experience with a comparable Accounts Payable platform is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry.
- Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in areas such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and document complex requirements.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak clearly in English
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Support the Senior Functional Consultant to manage the scope, testing and overall quality of the project (UAT, UI, user experience).
- Help define test cases and map requirements against test cases, support testing and validate requirements during implementation.
- Support process analysis using critical thinking to go beyond the initial business problem. Use active listening to gain deep understanding. Structure ambiguous problems and take actions to solve them. Anticipate future needs and help sequence the present and the future.
- Quickly understand optimization problems, be comfortable operating in high-pressure situations, communicate calmly and effectively, align people and provide trust to the client, and translate needs to the team to do what is necessary.
- Examine the scope, break it down into requirements, and create a minimum viable product with the best set of functional requirements. Use skills and tools to communicate workflows and processes in various formats: whiteboards, flowcharts, mind maps and other process definition tools, etc.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including GL, Fixed Assets and Financial reporting.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in S4 Hana and SD modules and RISE cloud implementation to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, ON for a RISE Cloud Implementation project for a large manufacturing end client.
As an SAP Functional Consultant - S/4 Hana - SD - RISE Cloud Implementation, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end implementation and support services for our clients SAP systems. Your primary focus will be on S4 Hana and SD modules, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions. You will also be involved in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP systems, as well as providing training and support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using S4 Hana and SD modules
- Configure and customize SAP systems to align with business processes and requirements
