Role Overview:

This is a fractional role requiring a set number of hours per week, with an initial 3-month contract. The focus is on bringing in one new RAASS client per month. Upon achieving 100% performance in the initial term, the contract will be extended, and the fractional hours will double, with a revised expectation of six new clients per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing book of business in the Government sector to secure new RAASS clients.   Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage decision-makers within these sectors.   Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting client relationships, positioning destinationone as the premier recruitment solution.   Sales Growth: Meet or exceed the target of one new RAASS client per month during the initial 3-month contract.   Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.   Market Expansion: Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities and promoting the RAASS model as a game-changer for recruitment.   Requirements

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in business development within the Government sector.   Established Network: A ready book of business in the targeted sectors is required.   Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment services and the North American market is an asset.   Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.   Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fully remote, results-driven environment.   Tech Savvy: Proficient with remote work tools and comfortable managing responsibilities using your home office setup.

Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in IT services, with at least 5 years focused on the Canadian Federal Government.
+ Consistent record of achieving annual sales targets and quota
+ Existing network of contacts within Federal departments such as Shared Services Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat, DND, CRA, or ESDC, etc.
+ Executive level relationships (ADM, DM, DG, Director level, etc.)
+ Demonstrated success managing complex, long-cycle sales processes with public sector clients.
+ Strong understanding of Federal procurement policies, contracting vehicles (e.g., TBIPS, SBIPS, ProServices), and proposal development processes.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
