Role Overview:

This is a fractional role requiring a set number of hours per week, with an initial 3-month contract. The focus is on bringing in one new RAASS client per month. Upon achieving 100% performance in the initial term, the contract will be extended, and the fractional hours will double, with a revised expectation of six new clients per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing book of business in the Government sector to secure new RAASS clients.   Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage decision-makers within these sectors.   Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting client relationships, positioning destinationone as the premier recruitment solution.   Sales Growth: Meet or exceed the target of one new RAASS client per month during the initial 3-month contract.   Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.   Market Expansion: Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities and promoting the RAASS model as a game-changer for recruitment.   Requirements

**I. Job Summary**
The **Area Director, Public Sector** is responsible for the development and execution of all strategic aspects of Public Sector Services within the Area, including, but not limited to, growth, retention, price and other service expansions.
This is a Hybrid role and can sit out of Kitchener, Montreal, Toronto or Ottawa.

+ Collaborates with a team to develop ideas to improve existing methods, services, products, processes, and/or procedures.
+ Researches and reads extensively in order to learn corporate, group and area objectives, understand key industry issues, and spot industry related news stories that provide opportunities to advance the interests of the company.
+ Responds to press inquiries by either by selecting the appropriate company authority and briefing them on issues and suggesting answers or responding as a company spokesman.
+ Hires and directs the work of a public relations company or freelance staff for large, critical projects as needed.
**III. Supervisory Responsibilities**
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:

**IV. Qualifications**

A. Education and Experience
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Public Relations, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
+ Experience: Ten (10) years of previous experience including at least three (3) years managing a team of two of more individuals (in addition to education requirement).
