Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager (PM) to join our Professional Services (PS) team and lead complex, enterprise-scale delivery programs involving SaaS transitions , System Integrators (SIs) , and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the program-level planning and execution of large-scale customer transitions and professional services engagements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience

    • 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management , with at least 3 years in Professional Services or enterprise software delivery .

    • Experience leading programs involving System Integrators , external partners, and global delivery teams.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of PMO best practices and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).

    • Strong understanding of software/SaaS or technology infrastructure environments.

  • Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines using tools like Asana and Jira.
  • Track program budgets, allocate resources, and proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment across teams.
  • Coordinate go-to-market plans for new platform features and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality.
  • Define and report on KPIs, and conduct retrospectives to inform future work.


What you bring to the job


  • 3–6 years of experience in program or project management within e-commerce, digital product, or retail environments.
  • Proven experience leading platform migrations or replatforming initiatives particularly in Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce technology ecosystems; experience with ERP, MRP, or PIM integrations is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of successful collaboration across business and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Clear, concise communication style and the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are an asset but not required.

The Program Management Office - Growth & Performance team (PMO G&P) is seeking a driven and experienced Program Manager with outstanding communication skills, sharp business insight, strong business acumen, and a "can-do" approach to everything you do. In this role, you will join a team of high-performers, executing a diverse range of strategic projects across the Independent Channel partners including Dealers and National Retail channels. You will ensure every interaction lives up to the TELUS brand promise and provide our partners with best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Independent Channel team quarterly sales planning process.
  • Track and report sales performance and initiatives to drive performance.
  • Support the planning, communication, and tracking of quarterly, monthly, and weekly initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the growth and performance team to drive a variety of day-to-day activities and key strategic programs alongside the broader TELUS strategy.
  • Manage a channel budget to ensure alignment with targeted financial outcomes through tracking and reporting.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  • Required to lead without formal authority.
  • Adept with a variety of analytical methodologies and frameworks for strategic assessments.
  • Proven experience fostering collaboration and strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder community, regardless of level.

  • 1+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in strategy, program management, or management consulting environments
