Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant program management experience .
Proven success managing large, complex aviation or aerospace programs ; aircraft modification program experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule requirements in program delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Proficiency with MS Project and financial/project tools including Earned Value Management (EVM) .
Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to customers and executives.
Qualifications We Prefer
PMP certification (or equivalent).
Knowledge of aircraft subsystems and modification processes.
Experience managing defense industry programs and working with multiple contract types (FAR, OTA).
Familiarity with program risk & opportunity (R&O) processes, revenue/profit recognition, and manufacturing execution.
Aviation or military background a strong asset.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to secure CGP clearance (Field will assist).
May require U.S. government licensing to work on military programs.

Responsibilities:
- Prior experience as a software engineer (Web/SOA domain) before evolving into a lead or managerial position (or equivalent University education)
- Experience in managing cloud-native web-apps-related software projects (or similar relevant experience), preferably SaaS or PaaS projects
- Incredible communication and organizational skills: the ability to articulate clearly and precisely to help coordinate activities among the Server engineering group and with other departments
- You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to call out risks at different stages
- You make sure to have a clear overview of what's going on on the project at any given moment and can report its status with relevant granularity to stakeholders at various levels
- Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success
- Grow in a technical role by providing guidance to engineers, architects and product managers about the functionalities of the product and requirements
- Understand dependencies between front end and back end and work towards resolving them
- Manage sprint backlog, grooming sessions, sprint planning for the team
- You know how to manage and keep documentation organized and up to date, so everyone can quickly find what they're looking for
- A proactive approach comes naturally to you
- You have proven experience in handling multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a can-do attitude
- You are a team player, and you know how to make the team feel motivated and supported
Requirements:
- Experience in Telecommunications industry is nice to have
- You have experience with SOA and microservices
- You have experience with serverless systems
- You have experience with hosting a cloud-native server stack
- You have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum with experience in JIRA and confluence
- Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-grade software.
- Ability to understand how API works, dependency between front end and backend, resolve dependency issues.
- Experience working with swagger, postman etc.
- Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture
- 5+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred in product management, scrum management, program management
- Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS product is preferred

Job Description- Motivates, directs and coaches RNs and RPNs to ensure high quality of care consistently meets defined organizational standards
- Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure the implementation and sustainability of exemplary operational practices
- Collaborate to address quality, safety and risk management issues, including the development of improvement plans
- Collect and assess key performance indicators for the programs and initiate quality improvement/process changes as required
- Lead program development and design of clinical workflows that support new models of care delivery for the target populations, in collaboration with the operations leadership team and system partners
- Prepares monthly schedule for nursing field staff, understanding available resources for program/service and keeps quality in the forefront of all resource utilization decisions
- Leads or assists with the integration of client satisfaction initiatives; ensure that all referred client concerns and complaints are satisfactorily addressed and documented in a timely manner
- Develop educational initiatives and support the ongoing development of our nursing teams
- Supportive of developing best practice Champions within the nursing team
- Current CNO registration in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN), degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities in a supervisory role, preferably in a community setting
- Experience managing in a unionized environment
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients as well as program development, implementation and evaluation
- Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle
