**Stock Associate**
u2022 The Stock Associate is responsible for the receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise within the store and for maintaining the cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor.

Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you act as an integral member of the Brookfield Sales Team. Under the leadership of the Community Manager, you will guide customers through the home buying journey, providing knowledge and expertise to support their purchase decisions, preparing and executing documents to facilitate the purchase and construction of their new home, and acting as a communication liaison to keep them informed throughout the process. Skills & Experience:
+ 2+ years' experience in sales or related fields.
+ Previous customer service experience with a proven successful track record.
+ Experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously; detail-oriented and highly organized.
+ Ability to deliver on performance metrics and key milestones.
+ Enthusiasm for technology and openness to learning and new experiences.
+ Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.
+ Experience with contract documentation.
+ Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot , and NewStar is a plus, but not required .
+ Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
