Independent Sales Representatives Wanted


Our sales agency is expanding — we currently have various active contracts across North America. We are looking for sales representatives, with or without experience, who are either top sellers or are eager to become one. We have contracts with open positions to fill.

As a representative, your goal is to present the best possible image of the company you represent, support its growth in a selected territory, and make sales. You will be responsible for following up with contacted businesses as well as tracking your sales. You will work alongside other salespeople.

Independent representatives are needed in all Canadian provinces.

  • Day shifts only — no evening, night, or weekend work.

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.

  • Applicants must have a good level of English.

  • Some positions are available remotely; positions requiring travel must be completed using your personal vehicle.

  • Only highly motivated and serious individuals should apply. Sales competency tests will be conducted.

These positions are commission-based to start. Later, you may be officially placed within the represented company. You may focus on one or multiple contracts over a selected period.

There is potential to quickly earn $1,000 per day. Some contracts offer five-figure commissions from the very first sales.

Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you act as an integral member of the Brookfield Sales Team. Under the direction and mentorship of the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade and Team Leader, Sales your day is dedicated to meeting daily sales goals, becoming an expert on our products, answering customers' questions and keeping the sales floor neat and welcoming.
A day in the life as a Sales Associate.
+ Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service, in order to deliver an engaged experience to every customer, every time.
+ Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.
+ Ensure full understanding of all products and have a continued awareness of the most current information available.
+ Maintain an awareness of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
+ Maintain sales floor coverage and follow posted schedules with regard to area assignments.
+ Maintain the store counters and displays and assist with store maintenance as directed by the management team
+ Actively engage customers and assist with product selections and process all customer orders or returns.
+ Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.
+ Communicate customer feedback to store management team concerning policies and/or product requests, problems and suggestions.
+ Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade.
+ Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels in an effort to maximize company sales growth and profitability.
What you'll bring to the table.
+ Customer service or retail experience preferred
+ Good reading, written and verbal language skills (English)

+ Ability to move and/ or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
+ Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
+ Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night

+ Maintain an awareness of current advertising, promotions and catalogs as well as the status of merchandise.

+ Maintain floor coverage; follow posted schedules with regard to counter assignments.
+ Focus on promoting sales and meeting sales goals.
+ Demonstrate creative problem solving selling skills to maintain a solutions-oriented focus.
+ Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.
+ Model and reinforce company customer service standards.
+ Actively engage customers and remain attentive to customer needs.
+ Assist customers with merchandising selections and provide gracious and efficient service.

+ Customer service experience preferred; retail experience preferred

**The Role**
Working closely with the Area Manager and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for helping generate sales for your community and providing exceptional customer service.

**The Responsibilities**

* Supporting the Area Manager by handling the majority of the administrative duties and onsite inspections to create an efficient sales office.
* Assist the Area Manager with generating sales.
* Assist the Area Manager in managing the process from purchase to possession.
* Participate in weekly sales meetings.
* Participate in regular training programs provided by Excel.
* Create weekly sales reports for management.
