**A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate**
As a Warehouse Associate you will be performing specialized wire cutting applications and other value added services within the warehouse such as subsequent manufacturing and assembling ready to install products. You will be responsible for operating a cutting machine to cut, prepare and ship specialized wire, cable and related materials to our customers' orders.
+ Operate wire cutting machinery to prepare specialized wire cuts for shipment
+ Calculate wire cutting length based on desired completion footage
+ Visually inspect wire for imperfections and part number accuracy
+ Maintain the wire aisle/wall in an orderly manner, follow housekeeping duties and safety requirements
+ Load, unload and move material in a safe manner manually or by using a forklift or other approved device

**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Assist in managing 10,000 square foot warehouse space primarily used for tooling/spare part storage, safety/material supply and occasional cross docking
+ Maintain control over inventory levels in warehouse to meet internal and external demand of product
+ Maintain warehouse housekeeping and forklift general safety
+ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
+ Receive incoming freight deliveries and schedule daily outgoing truck deliveries
+ Ensuring all tools are certified as required, ordering new tools and kits as needed
+ Manage incoming and outgoing hydraulic oil and ensure that oil waste containment process adhered to
+ Communicate internally with salaried team (GM, operations manager, service/repair supervisor, construction superintendent) and field employees (maintenance, repair, construction)
+ Support in ordering parts, material, safety gear, and uniforms through vendors (request purchase orders, receive invoices and pay for completed service)
+ Creating Purchase Orders and assembling documentation for New Construction & Modernization Projects.
**Education / Certifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Certificate/diploma in warehousing/logistics is considered a plus
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Strong English verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
+ Ability to lift at least 50lbs
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean/safe warehouse environment
+ Strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop relationships with internal and external customers

We are seeking a reliable **Shipper and Receiver** to join our warehouse team supporting **tactical robotics manufacturing** . In this role, you will be responsible for preparing materials for kitting, managing inventory for production, storing parts for assembly and testing, and shipping out completed robotic products. **Job Title: Warehouse Associate**

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you'll start your journey with SOP and Health & Safety training. Transition into order picking using iPads, and rotate through various areas including the carts and totes section. **Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you'll start your journey with SOP and Health & Safety training. Transition into order picking using iPads, and rotate through various areas including the carts and totes section. Your tasks will involve repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs, clearing bins from trucks, checking bins for returned products or garbage, and managing waste with compactors. This is a temporary position to support our busy season, with the potential for evaluation and extension beyond mid-January.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete SOP and Health & Safety training.
+ Engage in order picking via iPads.
+ Rotate into the carts and totes area for repetitive lifting tasks.
+ Clear bins from trucks and check for returned products or garbage.
+ Dispose of waste into compactors.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months of warehouse experience
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Proficiency in English.

**A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate**
As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.
